Where is the venue?

Noe Valley Ministry is located at 1021 Sanchez Street in San Francisco, between 23rd and Elizabeth. Noe Valley is a vibrant neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes, bars and more.

Is there assigned seating?

We offer two levels of seating, General and Premium. Select Premium seating to ensure a great view of the performers, and to support the festival. General seating is first come, first serve, but the pristine acoustics of Noe Valley Ministry make every seat a good seat to hear the music.

Are there any discounts?

Student tickets are available at $20 per ticket, as well as discount packages. For patrons wanting the full festival experience, there are Full Festival passes, and for those interested in attending all Saturday events, there is the Marathon Saturday pass.  In addition, events are free with the purchase of a concert ticket.

May I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, however there is limited seating at Noe Valley Ministry, and we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, however, pending availability, we offer exchanges up to one week before the event. For an exchange, email info@bardmusicwest.org. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages.

Where is there parking?

Noe Valley Ministry does not have a dedicated parking lot. Street parking is plentiful, however it is recommended to give extra time for parking on weekend nights.

Why are there three concerts in two days?

Bard Music West is an immersive experience that explores the many sides of our featured composer, Henry Cowell. Each program looks at his work from a different perspective, and the programs combine to form a comprehensive picture. We strongly encourage attending the full festival to experience Cowell in depth, and to understand what Bard Music West is about. Check out our Full Festival and Marathon Saturday passes for discounts on multiple performances.

Can I take pictures or a recording on my phone/other recording device?

Due to licensing restrictions of particular pieces, no video or audio recording by audience members is permitted. However, non-flash, silent photography is allowed.
